This focused treatment combines 15 minutes of Cryo T-Shock and 15 minutes of targeted massage therapy, tailored for localized pain, inflammation, or restricted movement in a specific area. The session works directly on the affected region, using a precise sequence of cold to reduce inflammation and heat to enhance circulation, followed by manual therapy to further support tissue recovery. It’s ideal for clearly defined issues such as shoulder, neck, or lower back pain, joint discomfort, or localized muscle tension.
Cryot-Shock is a technology that alternates targeted cold and heat to stimulate the body. The cold reduces inflammation and pain, while the heat penetrates deeply, relaxing muscles and improving circulation. It is used both to release tension and stiffness and in the aesthetic field to tone and promote a firmer appearance. In practice, it helps the body regenerate naturally.
